Destination Plymouth debuts at British Tourism and Travel Show

Destination Plymouth is one of 50 new exhibitors participating in this week’s British Tourism and Travel Show, which opens at the NEC tomorrow (20 March). 

The event is set to host thousands of travel trade professionals and over 200 attractions, hotels, venues, top-rated tours, DMOs and popular destinations. 

Plymouth, Britain’s Ocean City will be joined by partners The Box, Leonardo Hotels, Plymouth Boat Trips, Kynance Hotel Group and Visit Tamar Valley – each showcasing their group offers, What’s New for 2024/2025 and full updates on their key activities.  

Destination Plymouth will also focus on showcasing group tours including Mount Edgcumbe Country Park, behind-the-scenes at the National Marine Aquarium, backstage at Theatre Royal Plymouth and Plymouth Gin Distillery Tours. 

Amanda Lumley, CEO of Destination Plymouth said:We are delighted to be part of the British Tourism and Travel Show this year, where, for the first time, we’ll have the opportunity to showcase just why this wonderful city is a must-see destination for a wide range of visitors.”

Other new exhibitors to the British Tourism and Travel Show include Bouden Coach Travel, Didcot Railway, Dolphin Spirit Inverness, Knowsley Safari, MammaMia! The Party, the Museum of Cider, Quest Liverpool Apartment Hotel, Skipton Town Council, Thursford Collection, Visit Derby, Visit Essex and Waterside Hotels.
