Publisher and event organiser, Mash Media has announced a three-year partnership with RefTech to manage onsite registration and badging for International Confex, the Event Production Show (EPS), and the PA Show, starting in 2025.
The appointment follows the implementation of RefTech’s award winning registration technology at the 2024 edition of these three co-located events. RefTech played a key role in simplifying attendee registrations and eliminating long queues.
During the 2024 event, RefTech’s PrintPod technology allowed attendees to print badges on demand at various entry points, with branding specific to the event they were attending. The system is also integrated with Mash Media’s other platform providers such as Grip for networking and lead retrieval, HubSpot for CRM and on-line registration and ASP for the website.
