Cvent has made two acquisitions to improve trade show performance capabilities and ROI through automated appointment scheduling and lead capture.
Jifflenow, a B2B one-to-one and group appointment scheduling solution and iCapture, a lead capture solution, which has been operating for almost 12 years, have been bought by the Blackstone-owned technology provider for undisclosed amounts.

With the addition of Jifflenow’s technology, organisations can organise, manage and track onsite appointments through a single platform. It allows sales teams to prioritise meetings with the most important customers and prospects, maximise their time on the trade show floor, and track and action conversations that may have previously taken place offline.

By acquiring iCapture, Cvent aims to eliminate fragmented, unreliable lead capture tools that have to be re-learned from show to show so that organisations can boost lead volume with one standardised system, integrated into the Cvent platform.
