Olympia Events has appointed Ray Watson as F&B director, a new role within the senior leadership team.
Watson joins from Manchester United Football Club, where he was head of catering & event delivery. Prior to his role at Old Trafford, Watson had over 15 years of experience at Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal football clubs.
“I’m thrilled to be joining Olympia Events at a transitional time for the business as we build towards the opening of the new Olympia destination,” Watson said. “It is a unique opportunity to drive transformational change at one of London’s most iconic venues, and we will be driving quality and service standards to the highest level.”

The Olympia destination is set for a phased opening next year.
