RX has published a 48-page guide to making events more inclusive.
The Guide to Inclusive Events was first produced as an in-house resource for event teams to deliver welcoming, safe and inclusive experiences for all audiences, regardless of industry sector. It has now been made freely available for anyone to access.
Ray Rhodes, head of diversity and inclusion at RX said: “By sharing this guide with our global event network, we hope to create a ripple effect throughout the industry. Inclusive event planning isn’t just a trend – it’s a vital need that impacts everyone. Our goal is to support other organisers and associations in crafting events where everyone feels welcome and valued.”
The Guide to Inclusive Events is available via RX’s website.
