Neuroinclusion and mental wellbeing company, EventWell will partner with International Confex for a fourth consecutive year to provide a quiet room on the show floor.

The SensoryCalm Quiet Room will ensure an inclusive and supportive environment for neurodivergent attendees and anyone seeking a moment of calm amidst the buzz of the exhibition.

The SensoryCalm Quiet Room will be equipped with furnishings, sensory aids and EventWell’s trained EventWell Hosts, offering mental health first aid and support throughout the event. This initiative aligns with EventWell’s commitment to creating neuroinclusive spaces that enhance accessibility and wellbeing in the events industry.

Helen Moon, founder and CEO of EventWell, commented on the partnership: “At EventWell, we believe everyone deserves to feel safe and supported at events. Partnering with International Confex for the fourth year reinforces our shared dedication to neuroinclusion and wellbeing. The SensoryCalm Quiet Room has become a vital part of the event experience, offering attendees a sanctuary to recharge and reconnect in a busy environment.”

Jack Newey, event director of International Confex said: “We’re proud to collaborate with EventWell again to enhance the accessibility and inclusivity of International Confex. The SensoryCalm Quiet Room is a testament to the progress our industry is making in prioritising neuroinclusion and creating spaces where everyone can thrive.”

International Confex 2025 will take place from 26-27 February at Excel London. To register, visit: https://www.international-confex.com/2025-registration
