The National Exhibition Centre (NEC) is set to host a celebration of art, design, and antiques as the Midlands Art, Design, and Antiques Fair (MADA) makes its debut at the Birmingham venue next year.

Organised by Stable Events, the three-day event will bring together collectors, art enthusiasts, and interior designers.

The fair, which takes place from 5-7 April, will feature more than 100 exhibitors, including Andrew Muir, Eastdale Antiques, W.R. Harvey&Co, Plaza Jewellery and Academy Fine Paintings.

At the heart of the Fair in the NEC’s Hall 7 will be four room sets for visitors to explore and gain inspiration from leading interior designers.

Organisers of MADA have announced a partnership with the LAPADA (The Association of Art & Antiques Dealers).

MADA chairman Richard Hease said: “We are thrilled to launch MADA and bring this exciting event to the Midlands. This fair represents a fusion of history and contemporary creativity, offering a treasure trove of art, design, and antiques. With LAPADA’s support, we are confident that MADA will become a pivotal event on the art and antiques calendar. Open to everyone it will be a great opportunity for first timers to come along and immerse themselves in this incredible world of creativity and treasure hunting.”
