Patch Marketing has launched its channel management product – Octoplus, a tool to improve administrative and content handling for venues in the event industry.
Managed in-house by Patch’s expert team, Octoplus automated service can suit venues’ specific needs and budget.
Octoplus was developed for the needs of Patch’s growing portfolio of venue clients. This includes Carlton House Terrace, Barbican Centre and Congress Centre.
When surveyed, 77% of venues found the process of updating venue listing sites as ‘painful and annoying’.
82% of venues rely on venue listing partnerships to generate new business. 69% of venues stated that they would ‘definitely’ utilse a tool solution like Octopus to manage their content handling.
